On my Hero’s Journey of human evolution, it seems worthwhile to pause, reflect, and integrate ideas, beliefs, new learnings, and un-learnings.
Today, at this season of life I am enthusiastic and on fire about improving my abilities to communicate authentically which will have a ripple effect to improve communication among all beings. I am taking inspired action by writing and creating videos around the subjects of sovereignty and accountability. The two make a perfect couple to create and dance with.

The dimensions of Sovereignty are multiple. Individual sovereignty is personal autonomy and self-determination. Each person has an inalienable right to govern their own life and make their own decisions and choices. The knowing that you are the ultimate authority over your own existence is the accountability factor.
The dimensions of sovereignty include mental, emotional, physical, and financial. The imbalance in these dimensions of our lives lead to emotions evoked by deeply hidden beliefs. These beliefs are common among all humans. These beliefs are hidden in the subconscious mind.
• There is something wrong with me.
• I am guilty.
• I am powerless.
• I do not belong.
These beliefs are the inner cries and upsets of our subconscious mind. A call for healing! A call to be soothed by safety, comfort, warmth, kindness, softness, and Love. The 7 keys to authentic communication answers to the call.

The second key to authentic communication is Accountability.
In the work I enjoy doing as a healthcare provider, mentor, and teacher it is imperative that victim consciousness is recognized, acknowledged, and released. The first commitment to myself and to the Universe is to model non-victimhood.
To BE accountable is to know that everything in the world is not happening to me, rather it is happening by me, for me. Everything I see is my own projection, including “my body”. Everything I see in my mind is because I want it there and I want to hold on to the belief.
The moment I take accountability for a shift in perception I receive a miracle. Today and most days it is a beautiful dance with nature manifested. Nature evokes in me child like joy, giggles, and uplifted energy. I ask my lessons to come to me with ease through nature. And so it is, a prayer answered.
How do miracles show up for you?
To know peace is to recognize that the brother or sister that irritates you the most is a call to inspired action. Your brother/sister is a messenger who is incorruptibly innocent. Can you see the innocence of the person who just really “pissed” you off?
It is in these moments of life that we are “called” to practice the 7 keys to authentic communication. It is these moments to know that my safety and your safety is BEING defenseless.
Am I willing to BE sovereign and accountable 100% of the time?
Am I willing to BE accountable that I created this situation, upset, or disturbance as “a call” for healing and Love?
Am I willing to see that everyone is playing their “parts” so I can heal my mind, heart, and hidden beliefs?
The common annoying, persistent, hidden beliefs keep us stuck, mad, unhappy, sick, and separate. We have the power to alchemize, create, support, witness and Love each other in remarkable ways. It is in community that we learn, unlearn, dissolve and blossom. In community we are safe, vulnerable, soft, and expansive. In this sacred space the alchemical process begins.
Together we dissolve and dismantle.

Practicing a new way forward through communal activities of “Lighthouse Living” includes consuming food, activities, and inputs mindfully. It is modeling and mentoring Being your authentic Self.
Know this Lighthouses- You are born perfect, powerful, and divine. You are incorruptible innocence and so am I!
